Weekly Safety Meetings
Weekly Safety Meetings: Download/Print All Weekly-Saftey-Meetings-1-52
The Weekly Safety Meeting outlines were created so that an employer has an easy-to-follow outline for safety meeting topics. You will notice that there are 26 weeks made up for you and that is so each topic repeats in a year’s time. This promotes repetition and hopefully, the topics are engrained in the employee. If a particular topic isn’t relevant in your company simply use another topic.
The outlines are designed to reference what OSHA says on a topic and then you are given brief talking points around that guideline. These meetings should be brief 5-10 minutes and you will want all employees to sign that they were there. Once again please keep all these docs. This helps prove that you as an employer are being diligent with regards to safety. It helps to establish a documented training program.
This step is important and again they are meant to be brief but consistent each week.
