Market by psychographic segment: who wants it done quick, set it and forget it – automated scheduling if cleanings, just the basics, get it all done quick and in one day – multiple services, keep it clean and affordable, I want to choose my technician, I want to make sure they’re safe and protected – nervous types, it has to be perfect – picky and ultra clean, just show up when you say you will, I need to know what’s going on – needs communication. I’m strict on time, I’m loose on time. I want to be taken care of – gutter that fill right after a cleaning
