Employee Training – LMS Videos

We have come up with an awesome system for training your employees.

I cannot even tell you how many times I’ve told people to do the same task over and over. Now we use a process called Learning Management System (LMS), which is awesome!
We created training videos, so now we only have to explain the process ONE TIME.

There’s are quizzes like, “What end of the ladder do you remove first” “What is the first step, put these into chronological order of how to get the ladder on and off the truck?”, for example.

This way, they completely and thoroughly understand that process.

These are short little clips that are under 2 minutes and you can film it on your smart phone.
As long as the employee is able to understand exactly what you’re telling them, it doesn’t need to be fancy or professional.

When an employee watches the training, it saves you from having to do it every single time you have a new employee. And since we are growing, this helps replace someone from having to just to do the training. We created a training program that covers EVERYTHING.

  • How to check the oil in the machine.
  • How to put gas in the machine.
  • How to use the machines.
  • What we expect them to look like in a uniform.
  • How to clean a roof.
  • How to clean siding.

All the tasks that we can perform in our company are included in these videos.
