1. Please send them out Wednesday - Friday (We avoid Mondays & Tuesdays as they are our busiest day and we want to make sure our lines stay open for all our clients.)
2. Please send them between 11:00 am - 3:30 pm MST
3. Please drop them about 1 per minute or 25 per half hour.
4. Please give us a heads up (by emailing mjeppesen@jillsoffice.com) when you'd like to do a voicemail drop so we can schedule it out - at least 24 hours in advance. We recommend emailing us a few days beforehand as our schedule can fill up fast.
5. We'll get back to you to let you know if your voicemail drop is approved.
